Online account opening (personal account)

Target audience: The individual must be in Hong Kong and use a Hong Kong IP on their mobile phone (international roaming data must be activated)
Process:
Download the "INMOTION CITIC Bank International" app and fill in your ID card, passport, selfie and other information
Approval should be completed within 1-2 weeks after submission, and upon successful account opening, electronic accounts can be used immediately
After 7 days, you can go to any branch in Hong Kong to collect your physical card (with ID card, customs clearance receipt, and proof of address required)
Go to Hong Kong for visa interview (personal/company account)
Target audience: Hong Kong local address proof or business related documents are required
Process:
Make an appointment at the designated branch and close the account 1-2 weeks after submitting the required documents
The company account needs to provide additional business contracts, financial statements, etc
